Treat each customer as a segment of one

It is the fact that firms tend to customize the relationships with their clients thanks to Information technology, for example : La redoute. Every member has its own profil and can: check its product delivery and special offers, add their favourite products ,... So it is a way for La Redoute to give their customers the impression that they treat them as special persons with specific needs and expectations and not as a uniform mass.
